Order processing

Orders will be processed within [1–2 working days], excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where tracking is available.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery usually takes approximately [2–4 working days] after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@focus-reset.co.uk if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us at info@focus-reset.co.uk with your order number.

Please retain the product, packaging and any photographs of damage while we investigate the issue with the courier.
